Rose Commercial Real Estate announced the successful sale of a 15,000-square-foot freestanding retail building in Burlington for $1,995,000 million. The property, located at 1204 N. Route 130, was purchased by SPARTANS 3 LLC to serve as the second regional location for Mediterranean Restaurant Equipment (MRE).
The site, a former dollar store, occupies a 0.78-acre lot on the high-traffic Route 130 corridor near Bordentown Road. Its strategic location—surrounded by a mix of residential neighborhoods, automotive dealerships, and established restaurants—made it an ideal candidate for MRE’s expansion. The new facility will allow the company to enhance its service capabilities for clients throughout South Jersey and the Philadelphia area.

Michelle Marinello, director of Sales & Marketing at Rose Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer in the transaction. To finalize the deal, she collaborated closely with David Townes of JLL, who represented the seller, Madd Equities LLC. The transaction officially closed in January 2026.
This acquisition represents a significant milestone for MRE, which maintains its primary presence in Union, New Jersey, and continues to be a go-to provider for commercial kitchen solutions, including layout design, equipment sales, and installation for the tri-state food service industry.
