Prism Capital Partners elevates veteran executive Anne Castiglia to CFO

Prism Capital Partners on Tuesday announced the promotion of long-time team member Anne Castiglia to chief financial officer. The corporate advancement highlights a period of sustained transactional volume and portfolio growth for the Nutley-based real estate firm.

Castiglia, who has been an integral part of the firm’s finance department for 15 years, most recently served as senior vice president of finance. In her new role as CFO, she will take complete operational control of Prism’s overarching financial strategies, encompassing corporate accounting, fiscal reporting, budgeting and capital planning.

Additionally, Castiglia will serve as a primary liaison and strategic partner to senior leadership, institutional investors, and capital partners—navigating financial modeling, equity positioning, and the ultimate execution of the firm’s ongoing development and investment pipelines.

Castiglia began her professional career in public accounting before joining the Prism team in 2011. Over her decade-and-a-half tenure, she became highly recognized for her precision and architectural focus on financial systems, successfully aligning the company’s internal financial structures with its external, ground-up project management platforms.

Her expertise has been particularly critical in structuring and executing complex joint venture models across the firm’s mixed-use real estate portfolio.

“I am excited to step into my new role at a pivotal time in Prism’s history,” Castiglia said. “This company’s entrepreneurial mindset and its focus on adaptability in an ever-changing industry truly set it apart. I look forward to building on Prism’s strong financial operations foundation to help position the company for its next phase of growth.”

Prism leadership emphasized that advancing proven internal executives remains central to the company’s culture and long-term retention goals.

“It is always very gratifying to promote individuals from within our organization, and Anne’s advancement to CFO punctuates our goal to attract and help develop the best and brightest talent,” Eugene Diaz, principal partner at Prism Capital Partners said. “This promotion is a testament to Anne’s hands-on leadership, professionalism and meaningful contributions to our firm.”

The executive transition takes place as Prism continues to scale its operations across its core geographic targets in the New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut tri-state markets. Over its 24-year operational history, Prism, alongside its institutional capital partners, has invested in 20 major projects encompassing more than 5 million square feet of space.
