Cushman & Wakefield ranks 6th on 2026 Military Friendly Employer List, plans to hire 600 more veterans

Cushman & Wakefield has once again demonstrated its strong commitment to recruiting and supporting post-military talent, securing the sixth position among 2026 Military Friendly® Employers with revenue exceeding $5 billion.

The designation, awarded by VIQTORY, recognizes the real estate services firm’s comprehensive initiatives aimed at veteran recruitment, retention, and development across the U.S. This marks the fourth consecutive year Cushman & Wakefield has achieved a Top Ten ranking and its eighth consecutive year as a Military Friendly® Employer.

Cushman & Wakefield currently employs over 1,450 veterans in its U.S. operations and has announced plans to hire an additional 600 veterans this year.

“Veterans exemplify the discipline, leadership and teamwork that drive success in our business and our culture,” Bruce Mosler, chairman of Global Brokerage said. “Their ability to adapt, lead, and problem-solve strengthens our teams and deepens the service we deliver to clients. We’re proud to continue growing a workplace where veterans thrive and we remain steadfast in our mission to empower veterans.”

The firm’s specialized programs, including the Department of Defense SkillBridge, Military Spouse Employment Partnerships, and a dedicated Veteran Hiring Program, have been recognized as industry best-in-class and shared as a model with over 300 companies nationwide.

Matt Disher, Executive Director of Military & Veterans Programs, highlighted the synergy between military and corporate values. “As we continue to hire and engage veterans, our clients will directly benefit from our veteran team members. In addition, with our help, they can also effectively recruit and engage this top talent themselves,” he said.

Cushman & Wakefield partners with several leading organizations, including 50Strong, Hiring Our Heroes, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, Boulder Crest Foundation, and Patrol Base Abbate, to advance its veteran well-being and transition assistance initiatives.

The firm will be officially featured in the 2026 Military Friendly® Employers list in the Winter issue of G.I. Jobs® magazine.
