Adanma Akujieze, an experienced fiduciary director and growth-oriented leader with more than two decades of experience in leadership positions at private equity-owned and publicly traded companies, has been named chief financial officer at T&M Associates, the leading engineering and technical services firm based in Middletown.
T&M officials say Akujieze is an experienced fiduciary director and growth-oriented leader who brings strong business acumen and a broad, cross-industry skill set across multiple industries, organization sizes and subject matter.
Akujieze, who has held key roles in companies ranging from 400 to 23,000 employees, brings experience in strategic planning; enterprise digital transformation; financial policy; workforce planning; budgeting and financial analytics; risk management; corporate compliance; auditing and business assurance. She also has led teams through periods of growth and operational change.
At T&M Associates, she will be a strategic business partner to the executive team, overseeing the planning and management of the finance department.
T&M CEO Gary Dahms applauded the announcement.

Akujieze earned her Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with Honors from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
